Fulfilment Terms

1. Product type

AIPIA Connect is a digital product delivered over the internet. No physical goods are shipped and there are no delivery charges.

2. What you receive

You receive a licence code in two places. It is shown on screen in the AIPIA Connect app the moment payment completes, and it is emailed to the address used at checkout. Entering that code in the app at scan.aipia.ai activates your plan allowance on that device.

The email also carries a link that opens the app with the code already applied. Keep it: your allowance is held against the code, so if you clear your browsing data or move to a new phone, that email is what brings the balance back.

3. Delivery timing

The code appears in the app immediately. The email is sent automatically and normally arrives within a few minutes. If your payment succeeded but no email has arrived within one hour, check your spam folder and then contact us — the code exists either way and we can send it again.

4. Duration

Event Pass and Pro 30-Day provide 30 days of access from activation. Pro Annual provides 12 months. Each plan includes the stated allowance of Pro AI scans and AI-led follow-ups. Plans do not auto-renew.

5. Territory

AIPIA Connect is available to buyers worldwide. Prices are charged in Singapore dollars unless a localised currency is shown at checkout.

6. Support

If you do not receive your access details, or your code does not activate, contact sales@aipia.ai with your purchase reference. We aim to respond within one business day.
